Serene on Tweed officially started on 5th September 2011 after an early works package completed by the developer. The Subcontractors are currently working to subgrade/ blind and waterproof the basement raft slab. The basement slab will be poured in two parts with the first targeted for 10.10.11. Milestone dates are the crane erection in the first week of November and the completion of the podium slab 18.11.11.
