On Site Progress

·         Site has 1 /High level concrete pour to complete the structure this week.

·         Roof structural steel is being erected at present .

·         High level service trades are on Level 2.

·         Partition walls are about to commence on Level 2.

·         External facade & window installation is about to commence.

·         Site has taken over the Ground level car park to the northern end of the site & commenced civil works.

Ultra Penthouse, Broadbeach - On Site Progress

Final works are currently being completed on the Ultra Penthouse in Broadbeach. Completion is expected to be within the next 2 weeks.

Masters Building, Nerang - On Site Progress

Glenzeil is pleased to advise we have reached Practical Completion at Masters at Nerang and have successfully handed the building over to our Client's fit out team.  We expect Masters will be trading in approximately three months time and we believe their retail model will be highly successful despite the current economic climate.  Glenzeil have enjoyed the challenging design development of this project whilst working with Woolworths/Masters and we wish them every success with their endeavours on future projects.

Lismore Gateway Motel - On Site Progress

On Site Progress:

- Internal works, 12 To 15 units sheeted and set ready for painting & tiling Monday 22/8/11.

- External Scaffolding strip starting Monday 22/8/11.

- Lower Restaurant roof sheeting to start Monday 22/08/11.

- All roofing works to be completed by Friday 26/8/11.

Glenzeil Wins at the QMBA Gold Coast Awards

At the recent Qld Master Builders Award Night ( Gold Coast Region) on Saturday 13th August, Glenzeil was awarded Best Residential Building ( High-Rise over 3 Storeys) $15 million to $50 million  for Nirvana & Best Low-Rise Multi- Residential Housing ( Townhouses ) for H2O. Nirvana was also a finalist in the Project of Year award.

Beenleigh Police Station - On Site Progress

The on-site progress at Beenleigh Police Station is running well with stage 3 on programme. Glenzeil are working well with the Police during this difficult staging of works, as they are working around a 24hr operating station.

PROGRESS REPORT: Jeays Street

·         Air conditioning condenser units are installed to mechanical platform.

·         Roof safety systems almost complete.

·         Roof terrace blockwork complete with tiling to commence shortly.

·         Structural steel to gym complete.

·         Pool waterproofing to commence shortly.

·         Installation of driveway off Hurworth Street underway.

·         Hurworth Street scaffold drop nearing completion.

·         Dropping of Jeays Street scaffold is well underway.

PROGRESS REPORT: Finishes

·         Fire sprinkler fit off in basement almost complete.

·         Main switchboard and fire service pump installed.

·         Defecting of units by Xede from ground floor to Level 4 units have commenced.

·         Level 5 carpeting is well advanced.

·         Level 6 joinery nearing completion.

·         Tiling to level 7 almost complete with final fit off in progress.

·         Joinery to level 8 has commenced.

·         Level 9 wall sheeting underway with fire rated ceiling nearing completion.

·         Roof top landscaping has commenced.

KEY DATES:

·         Crane: Will be de-crewed on 19^th August 2011 and will be removed on 27^th August 2011.

·         Major Scaffold: All scaffold shall be removed by 13^th August 2011.

·         Builders Lift: Fully operational.

·         Install Roof: Soffits nearing completion including scaffold drop on Jeays Street and Southern Elevation. Hurworth Street elevation complete except for removal of loading bay scaffold on both ends. This shall be removed on 5^th August 2011.

·         Project Handover: 26^th October 2011
