Glenzeil have been awarded the contract to construct The Plaza Apartments in South Brisbane for Metro Properties.
The Metro Plaza project has 168 apartments spread over 14 levels. The ground floor has commercial areas and there is a three level basement with parking for 162 cars, 138 bicycles and 10 motorbikes. The project features a garden terrace on level 4 which incorporates a barbeque area, swimming pool and gymnasium for the residents.
Metro Properties have several similar projects under construction in and around the Brisbane CBD and Glenzeil is looking forward to working with Metro Properties on The Plaza and hopefully other projects in the future.
