Glenzeil has been engaged by the Central Queensland Hotels Group to undertake the refurbishment of two hotels, one in Dysart, the other in Blackwater. The works include new internal and external walls, additional bar servery, a new bottle shop and services.
The works will add a gaming room and bottle shop to the Jolly Collier Hotel in Dysart, and transform the old manager’s quarters into a new "sundeck bar" at the Blackwater Hotel.
Mick Wright and Kaha Mohi are on site and are well underway with the works. The company is actively seeking additional projects in the region.
