Ultra Penthouse, Broadbeach - On Site Progress

The Ultra Penthouse in Broadbeach is currently in final finishes and fit off stage. Defects are close by and Practical Completion will be achieved in 2-3 weeks.

Glenzeil Raceday

Glenzeil had a successful day at the Gold Coast Turf Club on Saturday 30th July.

Alan Griffith from Alan Griffith Architects got the highest points for the internal betting competition, he won a digital camera and a bottle of wine. 

Brian's table got the highest points for the internal betting per table, they all won Gold Class Tickets.

Best Dressed Male was won by Miguel Giraldo and Best Dressed Female was won by April Sermon.

Beenleigh Police Station - On Site Progress

The Beenleigh Police Station stage 1 and 2 has been completed, involving the addition of the new Communications Building & Carpark.

The stage 3 and 4 works involving the renovation of the existing Police Station has commenced with forecast completion being 1st December 2011.

Lismore Gateway Motel - On Site Progress

The Lismore Gateway Motel is proceeding as per schedule.

- Upper roof works will be completed by the end of this week.

- Internal services rough in and sheeting still continuing.

- Balcony tiling works starting next week.

- Lower roof framing starting the first week in August. 

Masters Building, Nerang - On Site Progress

The on site progress of the Masters building in Nerang is proceeding rapidly.

- The car park bitumen is partially complete, internal flooring is being polished and the back fill to the retaining wall will start later this week.

- The shade sails have been approved and installed, and concrete pouring to the external areas and cafe are also being poured.

- All roller doors have been installed .

- All Almaxco have been installed and the protective stickers we’re removed to show the colour of the panels.

Robina Health Precinct - On Site Progress

The Robina Health site is at present on program & is prepping for Level 4 pour 7 on Monday

Southern End

·         Reinforcement steel & stressing  is being installed.

·         Formwork is being closed up.

                Northern End

·         Vertical walls are being formed & concrete poured.

·         Form work framing out for Level 4pour 8.

Ground / Level 1

·         High level services trades are  roughing in.

·         Block layer is commencing on External / Internal walls.

Murwillumbah High School Trade Training Centre - On Site Progress

Glenzeil started the Murwillumbah High School Trade Training Centre in February 2011 and is due for handover the 27^th July 2011. Approximately 8 weeks ahead of the original proposed completion date. Contract works have been completed with minor defects to be rectified and remaining Contract Variation works to be completed.

The building has been custom designed to suit a particular discipline which in this case is Aquaculture. Aquaculture, also known as aqua farming, is the farming of aquatic organisms such as fish, crustaceans, mollusks and aquatic plants. Aquaculture involves cultivating freshwater and saltwater populations under controlled conditions to enhance production by regular stocking, feeding and protection from predators. The building provides seminar rooms, workshops and Practical teachings areas where the students can get first- hand experience in their chosen elective. This project also included for the refurbishment of two existing school buildings adjacent to the new structure.
